This superb rope is designed specifically for the rope tension drums and custom made to our specs. It comes in 2 diameters - 5/32 (4mm) and 3/16 (5mm)- Dacron double braided line with a strong non stretch core. It has practically no stretch and does not react to sunlight, heat, or humidity. Rope is normally replaced every few years and should be replaced instantly on 99% of drums coming from Africa (except for our drums of course :), especially those roped with nylon fishing rope (a flat kind of a braided rope without the internal core) will stretch as much as 200%! i.e. never keeping the tune. Sold in 100ft minimum and can be cut to order if need more. Please specify upon checkout the color and diameter you like from the color chart.
